Aircel Mobile operator is worst. They are worse 3g service provider. I took a new connection in my 3g dongle for rupees 450 with a new connection. After activation they not said they activated 3g in my sim but unfortunately it was 2g with bandwidth below 300 kbps. The speed is too slow. The customer service is also worst. 121 or 198 network is always congested and customer care executive are bogus. They didn't response for my problem. Iam unsatisfied with this network. There are poor service and poor speed. It is totally waste of money. So I will not recommended to anyone to choose this operator.
