Worst service. Take it serious. Not recommended. Review on Agarwal Packers and Movers

Agarwal Packers & Movers DRS group. There is another Agarwal also who is brother and aplitted from Original Agarwal Packers & movers(DRS). WORST WORST & WORST.I am cheated. Hi, Never never never go for this company ever. This will be a nightmare for you. Despite spending double the amount(35K) for shifting from New Delhi to Lucknow, it took 5 days. Booked & uploaded on truck on November 2, 2014 and it should suppose to reach at the max by November 4, 2014.(Am I dreaming). Truck on which they loaded my whole household item was in in damn bad condition. When I started tracking the situation on November 3, none of their contact were responding. November 3: Sunil Chauhan(8468812348) Delhi area mAnasultanger was by mistake took my call and after a while he dropped it.

Thereafter I tried reaching him and he never picked. I called many supervisor but no avail. Called call centre being treated like a baby. They were just repeating sir dont worry it will reach in a day or two. I just spoiled my time & mood & feeling headache because no one was responding. November 4( this day my luggage should have been unloaded by the time I am writing you this). I again started calling serioes of number got hold of Pawan(9313003284). he at least after several call picked my phone. To my shock he told me that Truck has started towards Lucknow in the morning(i.e. November 4, 2014).

I was very, very angry & disappointed. Because I had reached Lucknow & now I had to stay in hotel since there is no hope of my stuffs to reach anytime in another 24 hours. Reason for this delay sir, truck some pump got some problem and need a fix. @4PM on November 4, 2014: again called Pawan after several calls he picked up, Oh God.I didn't know I had another surprise waiting. Now I was told that the truck will reach Lucknow on November 5th somewhere in the evening. So as a result(due to no entry government rule and no unloading at night), unloading of my stuff was possible only on November 6. Whole of this rattled information came to after a super great telephonic efforts. Now while writing this, I am not sure if I will get my stuff on even November 7 or not? Remember it is 7 days to get your stuffs transferred from Delhi to Lucknow. Which by roadways buses must not be taking more than 15 hours at the worst stretch. BEWARE guys, . never ever choose this.I am really shattered.normal packers & movers were costing me around 20K but I choosen to spend on a so called trusted ISO certified company & I axed my toe. Better choose cheap carrier aishwaryasingh23 them 2 or 3K extra and get your stuff trasnferred in a shortest possible time.
