Actually the act broadband is pretty good enough in its speed providing services, but the technical error, or customer care services are too worst. My brother lives in Bangalore, and he had a issues with act broadband cable, when hr tries to call for help, they are not ready to give customer support at all.
They took 8 day to overcome my brother issues and if we talk about the other broadband customer services like DECO broadband and citi broadband, it is not so worth in terms of services
