Aashirvaad atta is product of renowned company ITC. Earlier we had been using atta from a local chakki, which were not so tasty because they do not clean it properly before grinding. After that, since last five years, we have been using Aashirvaad atta.
The main benefit of this atta is that it is whole grain atta. It means its bran has been grinded in it, which make this atta full of fibers and healthy. It soaked good amount of water while kneading. More water in knead make the chapatis soft and tasty. There is no need to sieve this atta before kneading because it is free of all unwanted thing. Its packing is so good and strong that it remains fresh for long time. Thogh it is easily available in any local market, it price is a little high as compared to other packed atta. I cost about Rs.300/- for 10 kg pack, where other brands are cheaper to about Rs. 250/- or so.
However, owing to its good quality and freshness its price is justified. The amount of natural fibre present in it make it special, highly useful and healthy. It is highly preferable in packed atta. who want quality.
