I bought a Racold Eterno 3 water heater from this shop. I could not get any proper information from the sales ladies present there and they were always in a hurry to dump the product I asked about on me. The sales girls behaved very over smart thinking that people who come to their shop are fools. They were always asking about whether they can bill the product immediately. The display with respect to Racold is outdated with almost all the models replaced by new ones.
They say that the newer models will look this showing some other models. They dont sell the latest models and will say that they are not available in the market. Although they are listed by Racold as an authorized dealer they do not behave like an authorized dealer. I had to search in the net and confirm with other shops and then ask for the latest model from them. Also they have heater boxes resealed with cello tapes. I got a piece which had two cello tapes on it.
I was not at all satisfied that I had bought a genuine product. People in Velachery beware and do not get carried away by the neon lights. Look for a better authorized dealer and buy there.
