Coke[V]popstars now known as VIVA is a band of five girls.This band was formed by Channel[V] through their show Indiatimes Coke[V]popstars.Out of so many girls the jury members Shubha Mugdal,VJ Sushma,Sandeep Chowta and Manish Malhotra had to choose five girls.The five lucky girls who became popstars were Seema,Neha,Anushka,Mahua and Pratichee.Then the band of five girls formed which was named VIVA!Their soundtrack released and for publicity they performed on concerts.Their album VIVA!became successful.The lyrics of the songs have been given by Javed Akhtar.
The album starts with the song Hum Naye Geet Sunaaye.This was also the first video on which the [V]popstars performed.Its music has been given by Shankar_Ehsaan_Loy.This is a foot_tapping number which one can include in dance parties.It is an excellent number and the popstars have sing this song very well.
The second song is Jahan Ho Pyaar Ka Mausam.This is the latest video of VIVA.It has been picturized exquisitely.Sadly the fifth popstar Seema is not in the video of this song,as she has left the band but still you can hear her singing in the song.The music of this song has been given by Jatin_Lalit.This is not a dance party type of number but this song has a very fresh feeling in it and when you will listen to it this fresh feeling would enter your body.The music of the song is excellent and the lyrics are well worded.
The third song is Mujhe Zindagi Main Ek Dost Chahiye.The music of the song has been given by Shantanu Moitra.This is an excellent song which will be appreciated by everybody.
The fourth song is Ja Sakte Ho.The music of this song has been given by Sandeep Chowta.This is a very energetic song which the popstars have sing in a very energetic and western way.When you will listen to this song you will feel like dancing on it.This song is EXTREMELY good!
The fifth song is Kisse Poochain.Its music has been given by Raju Singh.This is a very nice song which is a disco type number.
The sixth song is Tumko hai Agar Pyaar Mujhse.Its music has been given by Ashutosh Phatak and Dhruv Ghanekar.This is another disco kind of number which goes towards the international standard.It`s a very different song and will be loved by the young college going people(especially girls).
The seventh song is Jaago Zara.It`s music has been given by Salim and Sulaiman Merchant.The video of this song is fantastic and the popstars look gorgeous in it.It is a brilliant song and if you don`t like it so then JAAGO ZARA and listen it again,then you will realize that it really is a brilliant song.
The last and the eighth song is Kaali Mai Diya Silaai.The song is not so good as the other songs of this soundtrack are.No!I don`t mean that the music is not so good or the lyrics are not good.The song itself is not exciting because of the lyrics but the music of the song is very god and the popstars have sing the song very well.
Now the voices of the popstars!Anushka`s voice is strong and effective.Her voice is like international singers.Mahua`s voice is very simple and pleasant.Pratichee`s voice is excellent.Neha`s voice is husky that is why her voice is superb.She has got a very sexy voice.I really like it!Seema`s voice is a pure indian voice and after all indian voices are always the best.Her voice is tuneful!
On the whole,VIVA!is an excellent music album which will be liked by the people of new generation.THUMBS UP!VIVA!Each and every song of the album is very good so just go for it.I highly recommend VIVA!GREAT!
