I selected Leo packers international to shift my complete household stuff from Hyderabad to Rajahmundry and this packers information got it through Just dial,Hyderabad, I called and requested Just dial people to provide good packers and movers number who are providing good service and good rating packers and they provide list of local packers and movers contact numbers and addresses.
I selected Leo packers international to shift my complete household stuff from Hyderabad to Rajahmundry. I was dealing with a person named Mallikarjun and person mobile number(8099988967,9014161679) When I had called them for a quote He came home to have a look at the quantity of my goods and gave me the estimate for single vehicle only for my goods and agreed to all my requests on how to transfer the items and which items to pack in wooden boxes for better safety(fridge, Cooler, TV, Dhiwan).
They told they will be coming by 11 am and complete by 4 Pm, but they came around 3 Pm after calling several times and completed the packing by 7 pm. The packing was not so good. I am still not sure of the quality of packaging but they didn't put all promised items in wooden boxes as agreed before. They boxed few items and simply said that they are short of packaging material and mallikarjun promised that all items will be delivered safely by next day. we were left with no option at that point but to simply agree. You need to be very careful with this tactics. Ensure that these guys get sufficient material and if not don't pay them at all. Else they are going to leave you helpless after making a mess of your house. Plan accordingly.
They promised me to deliver the goods by next day Morning, but the worst happened, they delivered after 2 days,; It was just an overnight trip and they had promised a separate truck for us. So why did it took so long? I am sure they didn't provide me a separate truck and dumped all my stuff along with other cargo. During 48 hours I have called up these guys literally 75-100 times about vehicle status but these worst guys did not even have courtesy of even attending my calls,
I did not know that worst was above to come, many items were missed especially Chairs, Costly brass vessels/items which are very costly, and out of items which were delivered, were not in good shape - cooler, Fridge etc were damaged and cooler is not working at all. when questioned mallikarjun he gave all kind of stories/excuses. I have called them multiple times but no response. I even had an insurance done, but these guys are simply not reachable and not picking my calls now.
Finally I approached Just dial people they said that will try to compensate for damage/lost items but nothing was happened, even after repeated calls no action from just dial.
This is my most horrible experience with shifting so far. I had never used Leo Packers and Movers services before. This is my first and last time and I'm going to make sure that anyone who talks about Leo international packers and movers in my vicinity gets to know this experience.
And still just dial persons are sending same worst person name to all who are looking packers movers.
As per my investigation Just dial never done any back ground verification on these people and listed their name in their database for sack of money. Just dial is encouraging these kind of Cheeters and fraud people. More over which ever address is printed in Leo international packers quotation that is completely different with just dial people sharing address, so this way Just dial and Leo packers international both are cheating people. So please don't Trust just dial. Whichever packers and movers information just dial is sharing on their database those agencies/persons names are already listed in consumer forum for their cheating and fraud things.
These people are worst guys, first they will take the money from you and after that they will never listen you. they do whatever they like, missed few of my goods . even the bills which they have provided are fake.
The numbers which are in the bills are fake numbers and tried calling the person who took my luggage, got switched off. these packers and movers are really worst.
Beware of these persons, they always change their site name and re register in Just dial. So please go with original Leo packers and movers not with these cheaters.
