My choice of razors since 1975 (when they first came out!) is still the inexpensive Gillette Daisy Razor for women. The blades are sharp enough so you only have to go over your skin one time and the hair is removed.
The long, sleek pink handle makes it easy to use even in the shower, because of the texturing you don't lose your grip!
I'll give you a few tips to make your shaving experience more pleasant. Make sure your skin is very well moistened, use a thick shaving cream or lather and shave your legs with an upward stroke(against the hair growth direction).
Once over with the Daisy and your legs will feel smooth as a baby's bottom!
When shaving underarms, make sure that area is also well moistened and lathered, again shaving with an upward motion, and voila! Smooth underarms.
With th Gillette Daisy you don't have to worry about nicks, because the blades are held steadily in place at just the right angle.
I've tried other feminine razors, but always find myself going back to the ease of the Daisy!
