My concern with Wadhwa Group is that they are not very clear about a lot of this when it comes to their housing projects. It was just recently that I moved into the home I purchased from them. Ever since then, I have been facing some troubles with the management and the building staff. The building compound is always dirty and the staff here are not doing their job well. Even the lift in this complex has problems and you will always find dirt in it.

Wadhwa Group is always committed to delivering great-quality construction of its housing complex. They are also true to their word when they say they will complete the project within the stipulated timeline. They will also make sure that their clients move into their homes as planned in the beginning. This is definitely one of the best real estate companies I have come across. Highly recommend Wadhwa Group to the ones looking to buy a new house.

Please try and avoid booking your house with Wadhwa Group as they are not true to their word. I am a resident of one of their housing projects and have only been facing issues ever since I moved into my house. The car parking that has been allotted to me is very small and I have a big car. I was promised a parking space for my car but they did not stay true to their word. Very disappointed with them.

The surrounding near this project is not clean at all and looks very shabby. The infrastructure of this complex is also not very promising and has major issues. I along with other residents tried to bring it to the notice of the management but nothing was done about it! The staff here are always with a casual attitude and will never listen to a single concern of yours. Definitely not the right real estate company to be associated with when it comes to buying your new home.

This real estate company only looks good from out but the reality is that they are scamming people in the name of selling luxurious homes. I am definitely a victim of this scam as I recently moved into the house that I had purchased from Wadhwa Group and was really shocked by the outcome of it. The infrastructure of this housing complex is in a very bad state and needs maintenance. There is also a huge plumbing issue in my house and the building staff is just not bothered to fix it.

Wadhwa Group is one of the worst real estate companies when it comes to booking your new home. Their staff is very unprofessional and does not have the full knowledge of anything. They also delayed my paperwork process due to which I got possession of my house very late. I am very disappointed with the way they work and manage things around. If you ever have to deal with them, always be prepared for delays in everything!

We recently bought a property by the Wadhwa group @ Kolshet Thane.

We have had the worst experience & regretting investing every bit of the hard earned money in this property.

Very poor quality Constructionguru30, leakages & seepages all over are seen already now that some people have moved in.

NO water or gas arrangements in place. People are aishwaryasingh23ing for water tankers being called for by Wadhwa group.

What is more disappointing is that no heed is being pad to any of our complaints or problems & flats were handed over in very poor & unfinished conditions.
