CGHS apartments quality is a best. Big think is location everything near by CHHS Apartments & providing best facilities for all person and living method a soo greatly good. I dont think soo any one say this appartment bad but reality is totally change ther soo good environment & near by gold gym & near beauty parlour .Please request all pepole dont trust any one person please come and watch apartments and senn every where then decide any decision .I will like a CHHS THE SHABAD SECTOR 13 in DELHI

This home has no active ownership, power of attorney holder is an old lady living in the US hence no maintenance you can expect during the tenancy tenure, to top that off the agent dealing this flat will make sure you are evicted by the owner in 2 years to ensure a commission from new tenancy.. Beware of these issues before taking this flat.. it might look prim at the onset but you will be aaked to leave by the owner in 2 years happened to me and has happened to others living before me. Got to know about this from the society office.
They refused to show us the documents.

We do not know whether the land on which the property is built is agricultural land or no because this is the only document that they refused to show us.

When the possession was delayed by 1 year, we thought that it must be due to some problem that they were facing in construction but now has been years and we don’t know what to do.

This building does not have proper electricity and water supply and we face these problems on a day to day basis and it becomes difficult to get any work done because of that! Will not recommend anyone to buy a house here!

They did not show us the documents which prove that the land on which this building is built is non-agricultural and since it is being built in an area which was a dump before, it is quite a concern for me.

Since the supply has widely overshot the demand, it is expected to see pilling up of inventory to a big extent where the demand does not match the supply of the housing property in the specific area and that has led to wastage of a good amount of resources.
