I never thought this could happen to me twice in the same day....but guess what I booked a Meru Cab when I returned from Ahmedabad today evening on 28th March. The driver called me to ask me where I was headed. I really found that very strange. Meru Cab ...drivers never ask this question. On the way... to the pick up point I called him twice and he didnt pick up the phone. Anyway I got to the pick-up point and saw a cab pick up 3 people. As he drove up next to me it was my Cab No MHO2WA8753 driven by Driver Naushad Punjwani - Mobile No 9224137280. I stopped the vehicle and questioned the driver. He said he picked up the customers without asking them their name or mobile number. Then he got in and drove away even though I told him that I am the rightful passenger. Seriously MERU CABS how wrong can you get ? Is there no semblance of something called customer service ? Seriously I am moving to Easy Cab from this day onwards.Read More

Dear Mr Goud This is what we intend doing - a) Correct the areas where rectification is required as pointed out to Venkat. b) Evaluate our systems and check where they have failed. I agree with you that this is critical for us to do. c) Lastly any system in service is only as good as the people... implementing it.
