Get advice of a lawyer and send them back the legal notice saying it's their fault (and actually it's their fault to deliver the credit card without verifying the details). They will shut their mouth and stop harassing you.

If you have cleared your funds.. then ignore their calls.. email their customer support..keep track of the support ticket numeber.. if they are not able to solve your query and you have cleared your funds... ignore everything.. ask your parents.. not to pay them a single penny.. nor you entertain th...em....simply tell them, you will reply them legally.... They might send legal notice asking u to clear ur funds.. you have to reply them legally saying you have already cleared, with proof details.. soon after that.. you will stop receving their calls.. and you will also get statement with 0 as pending amount... but make sure that you have all the statements, proof of payments with u.. cheers DeepRead More

I would advice.. disconnect the phone the moment they say, they are from SBI... who cares after that.. they will stop after sometime.. but don't try to explain each and every person, coz once you start explaining, they take you for granted.. so don't bother to do that, just disconnect the phone.

I have been using HSBC card more than a year now, in one of their statements they had charged me annual fees, so I just called them up and asked them whether they can rollback the fees or not... The guy checked my records and next minute he told me you dont need to pay annual fees as you have exc...ellent record :) I was really impressed by the way he replied and rolled back the amount.. ....i have been to couple of other institutions also (boston's, image etc) but i have never came across such bad (i should call it worst) behaviour from staff anywhere.. and 100% job gurantee is the thing that they say...we never asked for it.. and it has got nothing to with the attendence i ...suppose... it depends on how well you perform in the exams..the thing is u should know about teh things they are teaching... Hi Guys, I just noticed your comments today and thought i shall reply to you both here only... first to 'bharat5' Well, it is not right to judge the person on one review....this is just in reply to your comment 'To me it seems you are one of the students that do not want to work hard.' Wel...l, this is just for your info that, i work with high profile company as Network Admin and SEO, I have my own company to which deals in Web Dev, Designing and Web Hosting.. I hope you got the answer for your 'do not work hard' thing... About Yoga, i was not told that there will be yoga and all FYI about the attendence, well this is not a school or college where you call or give letter to them asking 'is it ok if i dont come tmrw?' and the question was about attending 2 days yoga and if at all i dont attend then what diff does it make to them ? did they loose any money if i did not attend? NO, they just needed a reason to prove that they are rulers and they have right to say anything and do anything... she could have said 'ok, no problems' when i said due to personal problem i could not attend but NO, she wanted to continue the argument on such silly topic.. about the grading, if few things were not to be graded then why were they provided in the form? just to tell everyone that we have A/C, Toilet etc.. ? buy you should not rate them...coz we already know how clean and good they are.... haha that's real funny.. and about your 2nd comment on same...well i agree that people go to institues and colleges for education but at the same time they look for better/good facilites also things like clean classroom's, proper A/C DOES matter in the education and that's why many insitutions ask for feedback on those things also...
