The Worst Ever Experience of after sales service from Siemens in comparison to all the brands. Its has been over 8 days precisely, 4 calls to customer care on different days and not a single call from service centre received. I was given the contact of Mr Ankit Vohra, the Area Service Manager whom I called on many occasions. He didn’t take calls, nor calls back. Left him detailed message on WhatsApp and he kept it unread for days. Now I am calling General technicians to address my problem. SO THE CRUX OF THIS REVIEW IS THAT DO NOT EXPECT ANY AFTER SALES ASSISTANCE IN CASE YOUR APPLIANCE NEEDS SERVICE.
