Kaff provides a worst customer care service and there product quality is not up to the mark. Purchased a chimney stop working with in a week. After multiple follow up for more than a month their technician visited the home. Again they looked more than a month to get the part. after their fix the product is not working as expected.
Total waste of money and time.
