I was using Reliance Wi-Pod for few months and I have contacted customer care to terminate my connection due to poor network. When ever I called them, I got an answer that "termination department is not available". I called almost 5 - 6 times, that too in different timings before 8 PM.
I dropped almost 5 emails to customer care. I never got a response for my emails and calls.
Finally they sent me Lok Adalt and filed a case on me for not paying the amount.
Reliance gives worst support for the customers. They will give attractive offers to cover the new customers. After which they will keen on swallowing only the money. They will never give proper support to customers. If u call to their customer care, it will atleast take 20 minutes to reach them.
Never go to Reliance products.
