I had purchased Whirlpool 10 KG washing machine 60 bloom wash pro invi H10 graphite on November 22, 2024 and the same is under warranty. Since last more than two months the machine even under warranty period is malfunctiong. One wash cycle is taking approximately three to three thirty hour to complete one wash cycle. Even after repeated mail, multiple calls and repeated visits by technician, whirlpool trainer and area sales Manager, the issue not got resolved till date.
The machine is taking too much time to fill the tub and the time is increased due to same. As advised by the techinicans, and the trainer who visited my house to arrange for water proper water pressure.I shifted machine from 2nd floor to ground floor and check water pressure. The issue remained same. It took around 3.00 to 3.30 hours to complete one cycle.
From personal experiene I suggest not to purchase Whirlpool any capacity washing machine and go for some other good brand.
