For the past 2 years, the clothes that I wash in this machine become hard. I have registered 4 complaints with Bosch this year but the problem has not been resolved inspite of paying visit charges multiple times. Infact, Bosch has misrepresented and asked me to change shockers( INR 4500/-) although the shockers are absolutely fine( second opinion) . The latest problem is that the machine produces a cement coloured powder which has spoilt my expensive clothes in the last washload. The service team in Bosch Delhi( Okhla office) is unresponsive inspite of escalating the case. I am in touch with Vinay Singh - Customer Service( IN/SM-CSBG) of Bosch Delhi but he refuses to connect me with the Branch Service Manager at Delhi. My complaint number is 6370176287. I strongly urge everyone not to buy Bosch products in India. If there are other aggrieved customers, we could come together and start a social media campaign against Bosch.
