I have purchased V Gaurd for the brand name and had experienced tank leakage 2•5 years. They replaced the tank as it was within 5 years warranty period. The tank again had similar leakage issue in 2•5 years and the service centre promptly responded that we must replace the tank by paying 15k with a warranty of 1 year for the tank. It dint make sense as we have pay every year 15k for the sub standard tank being sold to us? They are not able to guarantee their own product asbiy can not last more than a year. Pathetic service and a scam/ fraudulent company. An extremely disappointed customer. We have scrapped their entire water tank and bought another brand with 10 years warranty for the tank. Please beware and stay away from V-gaurd products or be ready to face a gruelling experience to fix their faulty product time and again by wasting your time and money.
