I brought washing machine 23 months back


its sill under warranty there is a heavy noise from drum and washing machine drum got damaged it self.


i spoke to the customer care team and their ASM. and they are suggesting to buy some policy to claim this in warranty these people not even helping to customers literally stupid service.
