I have whole range of kitchen products from siemens , they are good till the time, they work, once its stop, backup service is pathetic , technicians will never come in time, neither they take your calls, recently i complent about dryer, technician order the part , it took 3 months, without any estimate, when part came , he came while i was not in the house , by call , I told him before fixing late me know the, amount, He never did that, He fixed the part and sent me bill of 5000, and first technician had told 1800 , he was also sent by simens , when .i spoke to manager, mr Ritesh sharma , from qdidgi service limited pune airport road, instated of appoligitic he was rude, I was force to pay , first person sent by simen was saying two parts to change, it will be 1800 , new person never gave estimate till the time he fixed the part, how can you do that, i have everything on record, a year ago also , same thing happened , I had complaint , nothing have happened , till the appliance we have to cope with this nuisance. Or be the victim.( ,
