Issue Details:
Within weeks, the refrigerator started making a heavy, disturbing noise.
We raised a complaint, and a technician attempted to fix it.
However, the same issue keeps recurring every two weeks.
Multiple repair attempts have failed to provide a permanent solution.
The loud noise is disturbing our sleep and making us afraid to go near the refrigerator.
Now they are not responding and attending phone calls and E-mail
No reply from customer care support centre
