Raised a complaint and technician visited twice and charged around 3, 000 for replacing the controller and for service charges. However, the issue still remains unresolved. We have been following up with the technician for nearly a month, but he has yet to return and fix the problem. Very disappointed and annoyed as the customer care share the same technician number when we raise a complaint.
