During our recent 4-day stay at Sterling Holiday YERCAUD with 3 elderly members, we encountered several disappointments. Firstly, our rooms were scattered across the resort, requiring us to navigate through multiple lifts and stairs, which was inconvenient for our family setup. Additionally, despite being advertised as studios, the rooms were essentially single rooms. The abundance of stairs throughout the resort further added to the inconvenience, especially for elderly guests. Moreover, the layout of the rooms was cramped and uncomfortable, necessitating multiple room changes during our stay. While the location boasted scenic surroundings nestled in the hills, the lack of road indicators made it challenging to locate the facility. Overall, despite the picturesque setting, the inconveniences and poor location identification detracted from our holiday experience, making it less than ideal for relaxation.
