I was charged for a tail light replacement, but a few months later, I discovered that they had installed an old part from their garage instead of a new one. I removed the tail light due to a water leakage issue and found cracks on the side glass, along with remnants of old glue used for a previous leak fix. It was clearly a used part, likely from an accident vehicle.
Its extremely disappointing to see a reputed brand like Kalyani Motors involved in such deceptive practices
