I purchased this Samsung washing machine a year ago, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The machine doesn’t work properly, and despite raising the issue 14 times with Samsung customer care, the problem remains unresolved. It’s been months of calling, emailing, and following up, but their service is absolutely useless.
This is not just a bad product – it’s a scam. The machine can’t even clean clothes properly, and the fact that it’s often on “offer” should tell you everything you need to know. It’s on offer because it’s a piece of junk.
To anyone considering buying this product: DON’T. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Samsung’s product quality and customer service are a complete joke.

I regret ever buying this washing machine and will never purchase a Samsung product again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this brand at all costs.
