I bought a Samsung washing machine only two years ago, and it has already turned out to be a complete failure. The touch panel stopped working, the rubber parts got damaged, and overall the machine has shown very poor durability.
For such an expensive brand, this level of quality is unacceptable. Customers spend their hard-earned money with the trust that Samsung will deliver reliable products, but my experience has been the opposite.
This washing machine is nothing but a waste of money, and I strongly warn people: Do not buy Samsung washing machines.
