Samsung washing machine service is one of the worst or the worst I have experienced. I had lodged a service complaint on 7th August and after 11 days, and still waiting for the Elusive Repair man to have mercy on me by attending the service call. I must have made some 15 /20 calls to their call centre which I believe is in Chennai and always got promises of sending the Repair Man within 6 hours. My bad luck, the sixth hour never happened. On 16th of Aug 2025, for the first time, I got a call from the Repair Man and he promised to visit my home on the same day. I am still waiting.
