I should suggest all the buddies not to use bsnl modem. Firstly its speed is too less and also there causes many problems. This break the line internet many times.its customer support service is very bad.service providers will come too late after calling again and again. If anyone try it, he must suffer it.it has very poor quality product and very less durability . I used this modem one month ago and after 5 days of easy use I call again and again to customer service center but they always call to hold down and wait . So I do not recommend anyone to use that product.
