I am extremely dissatisfied with the after-sales service for my KAFF Townsville 90 chimney, purchased six months ago. The glass lock was damaged at the end of February, and despite registering a complaint immediately, the technician only visited on March 3rd after multiple follow-ups. He informed me that the lock needed replacement, which would take two weeks. However, 35 days later, after many follow-ups, I was told that the entire glass set needs to be replaced at a cost of ?4500, which is unfair. Even i agree to pay, but till the moment the issue is not resolved and its almost 3 months, This experience has been very disappointing, and I will not recommend KAFF to anyone.
