I am using 8kg Bosch washing machine for more over 10 years and facing problem in sourcing spare parts. Bosch in India do not sell part in open market and also not provide to their customer on demand, pricing of the parts are exorbitant and multiple times.Heating element is often to be replaced and they said that his technician will come and check and replace for a cost of Rs.4, 020/- for heating element plus Rs.800/- as to service charges. I told them that I am a technical person and only need part with a specific number that cost Rs.845/- but they refused. I bought it from local market for Rs.789/- and replaced it by myself. Their policies in India to cheat their customers. The same part for I am uploading photo cost Rs.845/- and Rs.4, 020/- by company itself. I will not at all recommend to buy this machine as it is also very difficult to get part from local market too.
