I have purchased a carrier ac 1 months ago flexicool model and technician didnt vaccum my ac while installation which comes under ac fitting guidelines they simply said we vaccum ac while only reinstallation and my ac is not cooling properly because of this after complainting another technician visted and told my its my fault I sholud know how to install an ac and vaccum cant be done back I have to pay charges for it
and service team is also telling me the same thing
their technician are total fraud they dont vaccum acs during installation and yet service team tells totally support them by saying acs should have to be properly vaccumed during installation if technician is not doing u should inform on the spot technician misleads during installation an they are just supporting their technicians in this fraud
such a waste company and fraud employees never trust this fraud company again
