just imagine they selling the red membership for 2 lacs for 25 years. you would have earned Rs. 24000 as annum if invested elsewhere then you pay AMC about 7K and then further they charge utility charges of Rs.2500 per room So 17500 for 7 days. then thy try to sell you their costly food voucher and guest fees. So 24000+ 7000+17500= 44500 for 7days, which comes to about 6K per day. and imagine they selling in open market like makemytrip and Agoda for 4500/- All the sterling members have been the victims of this fraud and the membrship has not appriciated, and further they charging 45000 for transfer, So you just cannot resell, Its a Trap beware
