Think 1000 times before you buy Whirlpool Product. Review on Whirlpool Refrigerator

Bought Frost Free Fridge 440 Ltrs on 03/01/2023 with extended warranty of 1 year. Damaged piece was delivered and with lots of efforts, got replacement after 1 month. Within less than 2 and quarter year, the fridge had no cooling effect. all the stored itmes like vegetables, fruits, dairy products and medicines, got rotten. Called 1800 208 1800 and lodged service request. After 48 hours the technician came and replaced the fan and fuse charging me Rs.2280/-. Post service even after an hour, there was no cooling effect. He told that the gas may not be there; another guy may come tomorrow, fill gas and charge you seperate(about Rs.3000/- further). Further he added that the guarantee for the fan, fuse and the gas will be 3 months. Customers are taken for a ride; product is unreliable, after sale service is horrible and guarantee period for the expensive parts are just 3 months.
