Had bought a KAFF chimney in oct 2020 which was working fine till now. On Monday 29th the glass on the chimney suddenly crashed to the floor leaving glass pieces all over the place. We have no clue how this happened. Contacted customer support to get a resolution on this however they were no help at all. Their only comment was its out of warranty and I need to pay for it to get it replaced. The unit itself was 15000 and cost to replace the glass is 6000. I even requested that if we can discount or split the cost but no response to that.
