I am extremely disappointed with Whirlpool and their authorized service center SAI RAM SERVICES, Sector 20C, Airoli, Navi Mumbai 400708. I recently got my washing machine repaired and believe I was excessively charged for the replacement of parts. I was billed for a spin motor(₹;2450), VC(₹;200), buffer(₹;200), capacitor(₹;800), and blower(₹;300) totaling ₹;4100.
After checking with local technicians and market rates, I strongly feel these prices are unreasonably high and above standard market charges. From an authorized service provider, I expected transparency and fair pricing. Instead, the experience felt like overcharging in the name of authorized service.
Whirlpool really needs to review their pricing and take strict action to prevent service centers like SAI RAM SERVICES from exploiting customers. If this is the after-sales service customers can expect, it raises serious doubts about trusting Whirlpool in the future.
