Around 6 years back I bought the Daikin's split ac because someone recommended me to buy. After a month of installation, we experienced the problem of cooling and we called customer care and engineers visited. As per them the gas quantity is less and the did filling and it started working but it started giving loud sound like table fan. Next year again same problem and engineer filled gas and started working.
Again in next tear it stopped working and this time engineers said, indoor PCP is gone and as this ACcis not under warranty so we will have to pay for it and we paid aprox 9000. This year again it stopped working and now they said this time out door PCP is gone and charges are 8250 plus 1000 labour and took 600 Rs as visiting charges.
During all these issues I seriously have to made extra extra efforts to contact customer care. I tried all contact numvers mentioned in the service slips, invoices and even took contact details from website but not a single contact was working. I called dealer and he provided the contact details.
This company has pathetic products and their service is even more pathetic.
My humble request and suggestion is not to waste ur valuable money on this company products.
