Terrible product and service by Daikin, please see how my and my familys life made miserable by Daikin.
Please avoid Daikin products, they have terrible product and services see below how I was made to suffer:
(1) I purchased Daikin AC FTKM50UV ( 5 STAR-INV) SPL alongwith maintenance package 23.03.2025.
(2) Installation was done only after 13 days on 05.04.2025 by some untrained professional, who did not know the working of AC or remote.
(3) No receipt/ bill was provided for the installation charges.
(4) Gas leaked after 10 days of installation of AC, such a terrible low quality product.
(5) Gas was refilled on 14.04.2025
(6) On09.05.2025, water started to drip from the indoor units and such was the flow that my mattress got wet. On inspection by the service agency, they informed that that is on account of faulty installation of the water outlet pipe. Vow what a great service!
(7) On 10.04.2025, again AC stopped cooling. Complaint made visit was confirmed for 12.04.2025, Daikin persons informed that they will only inspect and any repair etc. will be done by other team, when I called up the office rendering service , they misbehaved.
(8) Having lost my money on this worthless piece of instrument, me and my family had to undergo hardship, physical pain, mental agony , discomfort and suffering, I was constrained to send email to Daikin narrating my ordeal and notifying them that their actions call for not only civil action but also criminal.
(9) Daikin bent upon taking revenge on the receipt of the email, sent its so called mechanics, who threatened the security gaurds that they will beat them. On intervention by other people that they will have to call police and handover to them, they relented. Since , it is extreme heat and in order to save my family from intense heat , they had to deploy one guard near my flat and allowed the entry of these persons.
(10) You will be surprised to know what these persons said , they said gas had been overfilled , by the previos persons , for that reasons AC was not cooling.
(11) Can you imagine what a useless bunch of people Daikin has fo service, on their website they falsely claim that they have specialized engineers, who perform technical support for design and installation consulting for onsite installation.
(12) If you want to have peace of mind , please purchase better products from other brands like LG, Hitachi, Lyold etc, who give quality product and better services.
(13) Dont fall for the tall claims made by Daikin, which are in fact to cheat the customers of their hard earned money and rob them from the peace of mind. They dont care about consumers, only false propaganda, please dont fall for it , otherwise you will also suffer, rest is your decision.
