RAM COOLERS - Overpriced, terrible service quality and deceptive trade practices ! Ram Coolers, Nagpur assured safe and easy transportation prior purchase in case of relocation. After paying full transportation charges, the product was delivered late at night by around 11 PM and in badly damaged condition wrapped with plastic wraps. Delivery couldn't be refused as the delivery team insisted on signature before unloading. On contacting Ram Coolers, they had the audacity to say that they are not responsible for the delivery condition.
I could hardly use the product for less than 6 months. Repair is impossible as the pillars got badly wobbled. Shockingly, the fan was found dislodged inside with its fins horribly disconfigured. Ram Coolers claim that their products are made of galvanized metal sheets which is also misleading as their product is still with me rusting at multiple places. I realised I got cheated. I found Ram Coolers products are not only fragile but also lack genuine customer support. The executives from Ram Coolers speak good English and take pride on their decades of existence but in practice, ground realities are deceptive and lack sense of after-sales service and responsibility. Imagine my plight and the context therein specially when you have paid three times the price of other brands for a similar product in the market. My suggestion based on my experience - Stay away from Ram Coolers.
