I bought this newly launched chimney by Kaff. Soon after 2 months the chimney stopped working. I raised the complaint on customer service and the technician visited the location 3 days after. The technician did not know to open the chimney. The technician took the motor and PCB inside the chimney to verify the issue. Since then there is no update on the issue. The customer service says that they cannot help in this and the technician will be able to update you. And fyi, we cannot call the technicians, only te technician can call us.
Such a horrible experience and a flop brand.
