I bought crompton optimus 100 air cooler . After 1 week water storage tank is leaking . When I connect through customer care number to crompton they talks like robot . They know nothing about replay and return policy. After register complain service agent visiting home and said it's taken 15 to 20 days to replaceing of part . He was not interested to solve the problem . Very bad and horrible experience I faced with crompton air cooler .so don't by this company air cooler . Today almost after 15 days i still waiting of replacing the parts .
