I can understand your disappointment if you've seen several time travel movies. You kind of expect everything - anticipate it and that's boring, I know. But even though it was similar to some other time travel stuff, I still enjoyed it. I think you just have to give yourself over to the fantas...y of it and enjoy. Thanks for the read Milind. We watched it again tonite - that's what I'm doing here - thought I'd see what others thought. OK, so it's time travel - so it's the same things to think about as in others of its sort - but it's a darn good movie. You told this well, Kelsha. Carly :-0

I just love that part about that woman's brassiere dream - that is so funny how it's being told. :-)

You are describing this novel well . . . I'm working my way through this novel now and I'm really enjoying it. I'm from Toronto, Canada and have never been to India. This book gives me a good look at how things go in a country not my own and I like that. I get very frustrated with the hy...pocracy of the two women in this book. Some of the scenes are hilarious and some are very sad, of course. Carly :-0Read More

I'm on the first part, Jason. I'm reading the audio version (I enjoy doing that). In the beginning of the book there is dialogue where Cook's character 'Jack' is asking a lot of questions. Every line ends with 'jackassed'. I don't know if I would have noticed it were I reading it from th...e book form. I'm enjoying it. Nice to meet you, Jason - my friends call me Carly - hope you'll do the same. I haven't been here for a while.Read More

To see your comment to the new member 'LeaBrown'. I think you could take it easy on new members. Besides, I'm not really too pleased with this board right now - I've just heard that people who live in India are getting paid - people who don't are not. I think you should take that into consi...deration when you decide to be that snotty to a new member. Read More

Nice one for a first entry. You really expressed yourself well, without repeating a lot of things that have been said millions of times over. Keep working.

way you expressed yourself in rating this website. As you don't recommend it, there's no point in my looking it up. I don't shop online anyway - unless I get an amazon certificate or something. Thanks for the read. And thanks for rating on my Afghanistan essay. Carly :-0

The Antique Road Show - I think that's TLC too. There's some really good stuff to see on the educational channels. My husband, Jeff, enjoys the investigation programs. He particularly likes that one you watch - where they swap places and decorate. Thanks for the read here.

about this sport, so I just read through it anyway - you seem to be expressing yourself well in this essay. Thanks for the read - if I keep doing that - reading about things I don't know about, I might learn something, eh? Carly :-0

I've always thought their burgs were the best. McDonald's? Aw, it's a fun place to take kids and you can get a cheap soft ice cream there. But Wendy's is a place for real 'food'. Thanks for sharing this. Don't let it bother you that I only poked in 'recommended'. I shoul have poked in the h...igher one, but forgot. I don't do Highly Rec unless it's something I feel like throwing my shoes up on the roof about - like Wendy's - you betcha! Carly Read More

I won't give a list of the geographical and social statistics - that's already been done here. I'll just stick to my thoughts, in general, on Afghanistan. .......................... This place has been there for so long and it seems I've never seen it in good times. I feel so angry when...Read more
