Please don't place medicine orders on myupchar labs. It's the worst online pharmacy. I placed a prepaid order and after 10 days and multiple calls, still following up on refund. The user don't get any updates on Service request placed in the call centre. After multiple requests, they cancelled just one medicine out of 9 medicines. Before writing this review I again checked their site and now the order cancellation tab was available (which was unavailable over last 1 week, since when I started following up). To my shock and surprise these ruthless people charged membership fee 99/- as well which I had not opted. After 10 days, I am still waiting to get refund on an essential service product. If -5 rating was available, I would have given the same. My order no.was 2446452 placed on 27th September 2020. Sht site and sht customer care.
