Hi All, Let me try to put some more thoughts and focus on the real picture here. The reply from team IBIBO raised several question itself. I am going to put them up here and my experience too: 1> A very funny or irritating behaviour is of the GOIBIBO customer care is they never replied back... to me for my queries (I have the proof with me )I waited for 3-4 days. But guys since I wrote my review here in mouthshut.com I got three calls from them within 3-4 hours. Guys, what do you say about this. They really dont care .... 2> Secondly they say that 'We offer lowest fare booking' its a contradictory statement from them. They will check the fare at runtime from airlines when you are booking the ticket and then have their share ontop of that and then comes the airfare. So guys be sure the cheapest airfare is always the airlines site itself not the merchant. (Its true any time ) Few Airline site : www.flykingfisher.com www.goindigo.in/ www.spicejet.com etc.. 3> The caching mechanism which they are talking is true and acceptable .. but my question is for how many you are having the info cached I have seen this for 4-5 days ..which you cant say that this is the cached issue and let me tell you I have tried from various computers (my personal as well as official etc .. and clear the cache as well many times..just fyi)..This kind of caching is against the caching mechanism itself.Read More
