My second post on developments... Initailly I got the loan approved by HDFC , however, just before I sign documeng comes the the shock, HDFC stated that, they would not finance under contruction property :( however, to the recue came SBI and back on track. I got my loan approved from SBI thanks to S...upriya and Sandeep they assisted me with all the requisites.
