I purchased RO Purifier from Zopper online by App. two months before. I paid an amount of Rs.5750/- by Credit Card. After three weeks, I received the product amounting to Rs.5100/- only with Invoice. Customer care told me that your refund for Rs.650/- will be received within two to three days which was not received by me.In addition, installation of RO resulted in leakage for which I contacted customer care of Zopper. I contacted them several times and no positive action resulted from their side. I have requested them for my money refund or replacement of item before I produce any complaint against them.
