Dear friend I am telling about and share my experience zomato app I am old user this app mostly I ordered to food and snacks on zomato but I found same problem again and again I found problem is order cancelled last time by mistake I ordered same item and I want to order cancel but order was not cancelled I chat with customer care and he told me order is preparing you don't cancel your item and same problem find next time my order was delayed because zomato rider was not available to delivery I am wait 1hrs and I want to cancel my order but same problem I find my ordered not cancelled my time was wasted and money was stuck I am very disappointed this problem and his service I suggest to everyone please don't order late night
