I took You broadband Service in April 2015 as it was only High Speed Internet service in my locality.
Pros:
They have some really good plans which are competitive compared to ACT and others
Speed is real good they deliver what they promise.
Cons:
However when it comes to Up Time its not up for all the time. Every day they have down time or power failure. Service is worst when ever a complaint is raised it use to take 24 to 48 hours for rectification.
Once we didn't have Internet for 15 days.
Conclusion: Don't go with You broadband. If you don't have any service provider go with BSNL speed isn't great but you'll have 100% up time.
