Recently I used you broadband. it is very bad service of the broadband. And many time the broking the connection I call for customer care but it is 4 days not resolve the problem.
It is bad ping and frequent disconnections which meant that he couldn't game with us.he changed back to bsnl a couple of months back.it is also bad for the connection reliability. and also cut down the speed. my plan is 1 mbps and you broadband given me only 600kbps. it is very bad.
