The first transaction that I bought from Yepme...disaster...


Stage 1: I had ordered for Yepme dark blue regular fit jeans...first of all delivery was not prompt as compared to other online retailers...whwt I got delivered was a completely different product...they sent me light blue comfort fit jeans...this is after I had chosen an online payment option instead of COD, expecting a prompt delivery...


Stage: I called up their customer service number on the website...i have tried atlst 10 times trying that number without getting any response...however I got through their number given on the return order form...i was asked to email my query on email instead of takin the same on the phone...


Stage 3: I emailed their customer service...i got one of the most unexpected replies...i was asked to take a snapshot of the product delivered...i dont no how do they expect a customer to take efforts to take a snapshot of the delivered product and mail them back...


Stage 4: Anyways I did that...expected that they would be certain after the snapshots that they would be certain that I received a wrong product...and the would arrange for pickup of wrong product and at the same time deliver the ordered product...it has been 9 days til today...and they have asked me to wait for their pickup...and when they get a confirmation of their pickup...they wil arrange for delivery of the ordered product which I suppose wil take another 4-5 days...


I paid in advance for the product...i followed their guidelines of returns...but still I am waiting for my product...jus because Yepme messed up...customer completely ignored...


this has been till now my worst online shopping experience...so ppl be prepared for this if you planning to buy through Yepme...i seriously do not recommend...


Worst website, worst product range, worst customer service...its not worht it...!!!
