I had my share of experience when I was flying to Kashmir with my family. We contacted Yatra.com and their some sales manager inquired about our details and told us budget packages. We found one of them pretty good and so booked for it. Had to provide advance then and there itself. He told us the necessary details and said to contact us within a few days for final booking and everything. 2 days later got a cancellation call about the package, and the advance couldn't be refunded as it was guidance commission.
This was such a poor service from them. Would recommend my viewers to ensure their terms and conditions and then only(if you want to) proceed with it.
